RJ's takes its name from the initials of the two brothers who started the business, Rob and Julian Burford.
Both born in banbury, the brothers saw the opportunity for a classic style barbers shop in a central location within Banbury and launched RJ's in White Lion Walk in September 2000.
Steadily growing their business as their reputation grew, the barber shop now has three full time barbers with a trainee program hoping to add another barber in the near future.
On the back of the success of the barber shop, Rob and Julian bought their premises with a view to expansion.
This dream was realised in May 2007 with the opening of RJ's Salon, a separate venture on the first floor
